QUT Staying BRiTE Project

Aims

Our involvement in the Staying BRiTE Fellowship has offered us the opportunity to introduce the BRiTE resources to the Master of Teaching preservice teachers and to explore potential scenarios that career changers may face as they transition to teaching. Findings from these authentic cases contribute to the existing resources within the Building Resilience in Teacher Education (BRiTE) modules. Implementation of the modules within a graduate entry program aimed to build on the intervention study previously undertaken to enable development of knowledge and skills for resilience while on professional experience placements.
