The Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is a public research university located in the urban coastal city of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. QUT’s Faculty of Education is one of the largest providers of undergraduate and postgraduate education in Australia and has been preparing teachers for over 50 years. As one of Australia's leading education faculties, QUT is known for outstanding success in research, international reputation, diverse expertise, and close links to the education profession.  It is also renowned as having one of the most successful employability rates, with 89.7% of education undergraduates employed full time within four months of graduation.

QUT offers a comprehensive range of specialist education courses, including early childhood, primary and secondary programs.  These initial teacher education programs include;
